During lockdown, confined to student housing, conversations often turned to the homes we missed. With contact to the outside world reduced to delivery boxes, I began to hoard them. In these moments, my friends, unprompted, would start drawing doors, layouts, details, trying to explain what their house looked like or the part they missed most. Together, using these hoarded delivery boxes as materials, we began to craft semblances of home: blueprints, layouts, and memories as a material record of that time, shaped by a simultaneous nostalgia and connection.
